RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

I. WEIGHTED BLANKETS

Sleep better without the risks!

If in the first month with your blanket you decide that it is not helpful, you can opt to return it to us. You will receive a FULL refund in the form of store credits.

II. DREAMWEAR COLLECTION

We will only accept returns / exchanges for the following reasons:

  • We delivered the incorrect size or color of your order.
  • We delivered an incomplete set.
  • We delivered the wrong item/s.
  • We delivered an item that was damaged.

If any of the above conditions are met, we will cover shipping of the item/s back to us and the correct item/s back to you.

You may also choose to get a full refund -- provided that the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, or altered by the customer. All labels and tags must be still attached. You will receive a FULL refund in the form of store credits. In this case, you will cover shipping of product back to us.

  • Shipping Address
  • Reason for return
  • Image of product in ORIGINAL packaging

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to successfully return your product:

  • Returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The items must not have any damages.
  • It must be returned and shipped back in its original packaging.  

We reserve the right to reject product returns that do not fulfill all the aforementioned conditions.

III. BALMS
